Manage complete Order-to-Export cycle from PO confirmation to final delivery and documentation closure.
Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for production planning, artwork/packaging requirements, batch readiness, COA and dispatch schedules.
Prepare/review export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, Insurance and Bank Documents.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines and transporters for timely movement of shipments.
Obtain and negotiate air/sea freight quotations and continuously optimize logistics costs.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA/RBI, GST and applicable export procedures.
Handle Incoterms, LC/TT payment terms, export banking documentation, e-BRC and export realization tracking in coordination with Finance.
Manage applicable RoDTEP, Advance Authorization and other export perks/incentives.
Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Finance, Purchase,



Sales and manufacturers to ensure shipment readiness and market-specific requirements.
Maintain country/customer-wise PO tracker, production tracker, shipment tracker and outstanding payment tracker.
Proactively identify production, documentation, regulatory or logistics delays and escalate them before they impact customer commitments.
Verify freight, CHA and logistics invoices and monitor actual landed/export costs against approved costing.
Maintain complete shipment records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
Provide weekly MIS covering open orders, production status, dispatches, shipments in transit, pending documentation, receivables and exceptions.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
