Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
Coordinate with delivery executives and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor daily dispatch, delivery, productivity, and closure performance.
Plan and deploy delivery executives based on daily workload.
Track attendance, productivity, and operational performance of the team.
Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure proper handling of shipments and adherence to SOPs.
Monitor route planning and optimize delivery operations.
Coordinate with hub/DC teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
