Job Summary

Inbox Telecommunications Private Limited is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting our CPaaS and cloud communication solutions.

Job Description

• Build and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders amongst enterprise prospects for B2B sales, SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, IT Services, or Cloud Solutions.

• Focus on Recent Business Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth

• Drive new business opportunities and close strategic deals

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful pursuits

• Identify and capitalize on upsell & cross-sell opportunities

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts

• Consistently achieve and exceed business targets

What we're looking for:

• Graduation / Diploma in Business Management or a related field.





• 6 months to 7 years of experience in B2B sales (Bulk SMS sales experience required).

• Experience in handling corporate clients and channel partners CPaaS industry (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

• Robust Sales background and Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Proven track record in new business acquisition and account growth

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Strong ownership mindset and result orientation
