Team Lead – S&T; (KAVACH Railway Project)

Salary Budget: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – S&T; to manage and coordinate Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T;) activities for the KAVACH Railway Project. The candidate should have solid experience in railway electrification, signalling & telecommunication, or transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise S&T; activities at the railway project site.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and railway authorities.
Monitor project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.




Ensure compliance with safety and railway project requirements.
Manage and guide the site team for smooth project execution.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T; / Transmission Line Projects.
OR
B.Tech / Degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T; / Transmission Line Projects.
Experience in railway signalling, telecom, KAVACH, or related railway projects will be preferred.
Solid site management, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
