Research & Development (R&D;) Executive

Department: Research & Development

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1–4 years

Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop recent agricultural and dairy machinery.
Improve existing machines based on customer and market requirements.
Design and modify machine components and assemblies.
Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Create prototypes and coordinate prototype testing.
Identify technical issues and provide suitable design solutions.
Conduct product testing and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Service teams.
Prepare technical documents, BOMs, drawings, and product specifications.
Research recent technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods.
Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives




Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
SolidWorks / AutoCAD knowledge.
Product design and development.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
