We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and ensure smooth implementation of hiring processes. The incumbent will play a key role in candidate coordination, recruitment MIS management, stakeholder communication, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business hiring objectives.

Role & responsibilities
Coordinate and manage interview process and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) for assigned processes.




Track and update recruitment progress through hiring dashboards, reports, and MIS.
Manage candidate documentation, assessment scheduling, and any other TA-related activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within recruitment systems.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, MIS management or Recruitment Support.
Experience in managing and preparing Recruitment Analytics & MIS will be preferred.
