Intern Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

This internship is designed for candidates who want to build a solid career in Talent Acquisition. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end on-roll hiring, including creation, candidate management, and recruitment coordination. The role offers practical learning and real ownership rather than observational work

Responsibilities
Actively support on-roll hiring and understand the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Assist in creating and refining Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business and role requirements.
Support sourcing activities using job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
Learn candidate screening basics and assist in shortlisting as per defined criteria.
Maintain and analyze hiring data and trackers using MS Excel.




Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Assist in offer-related coordination and joining documentation.
Gain exposure to recruitment metrics, hiring reports, and TA best practices.

Qualification & Experience
End-to-end on-roll recruitment process in a real corporate workplace.
How to create effective job descriptions aligned to business needs.
Practical exposure to candidate management, coordination, and hiring analytics.
Hands-on experience with HR tools, Excel trackers, and recruitment workflows.

Other Qualities
Should be a valuable team player
Should be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, managers as well as external persons like consultants, vendors & Stakeholders.
