Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and generate business leads. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a confident, customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate responses.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.




Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Requirements
6 Months – 1 Year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Good Tamil and English communication skills.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in IT products, software, or service-based companies is an added advantage.
Experience in lead generation or telesales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
