We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain IT solutions and digital marketing services to clients.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings/demos with interested prospects.
Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
Positive English communication is mandatory.
Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
Confident personality and valuable convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM.
Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
