Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads.
Explain physiotherapy services, consultation process and appointment details.
Understand basic patient requirements and guide them appropriately.
Schedule and confirm physiotherapy appointments.
Follow up with patients who have not confirmed their appointments.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate appointment schedules with physiotherapists.
Follow up with existing patients for repeat sessions where required.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.




Escalate clinical or medical questions to the qualified physiotherapist/doctor rather than providing medical advice independently.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette.
Patient and empathetic approach.
Robust follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/lead-management systems.
Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, hospital, clinic, telecalling or telesales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
