Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for periodic service reminders.
Inform customers about upcoming service due dates and service requirements.
Schedule and confirm service appointments.
Follow up with customers who have not visited the workshop after receiving service reminders.
Contact customers regarding pending service, repair, or maintenance requirements.
Explain available service packages, offers, and maintenance-related information.
Follow up with customers after service to check their satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback regarding service quality, vehicle delivery, and overall experience.
Record customer complaints and coordinate with the Service Advisor/Workshop team for resolution.
Update customer call details, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Maintain regular follow-up with inactive or overdue customers.
Achieve assigned targets for service appointments, customer retention, and follow-ups.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
