Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development and release activities from concept through launch.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project reporting.
Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth implementation of business and product changes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and status reports.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans.
Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress to leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance requirements.
Support product launch readiness and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Project Management, Product Development,



and Product Release Management.
Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.
Experience in Change Management and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.
Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools such as:
Microsoft Project
Power BI
QuickBase
Office Timeline
Other equivalent project management tools

Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification preferred.
Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project settings.
Knowledge of project governance, product lifecycle management, and release processes.
Solid leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
