We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Telecaller & Customer Support Executives in Trichy.

The role involves communicating with customers, handling enquiries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and relevant details to customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Record customer interactions and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the internal team when required.




Achieve assigned calling and customer-service targets.
Maintain a positive and skilled customer experience.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience range: 0–10 years.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
