What You'll Do
Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products
Follow up on leads until they convert or close
Share product and pricing information, handle basic objections
Update and maintain lead records
Coordinate with the sales team
Track call outcomes and report on lead conversion status
Meet daily and weekly calling targets
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer calling experience (required)
Robust communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and email
Confident and persistent — okay with following up after an initial no
B2B or industrial product telesales experience is a bonus
Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcome
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + incentive on every successful order closed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
