Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
Respond to incoming calls and provide basic information.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication.
Record call details and update customer information.




Transfer complex queries to the relevant team.
Maintain a polite and qualified approach during calls.
Support lead generation and appointment scheduling as required.
Achieve assigned daily calling and follow-up targets.
