About Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise .NET application projects. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
Define solution architecture, coding standards, development processes, and technical best practices.
Manage and mentor developers, technical leads, and module leads.
Review requirements, technical designs, code quality, security, and application performance.
Work closely with clients, business analysts, project managers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Prepare effort estimates, project plans, resource plans, and identify delivery risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time with required quality and security standards.
Support presales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentations.




Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills
Solid experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, and Entity Framework Core.
Valuable knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience with SQL Server, query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.
Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor will be preferred.
Knowledge of Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, SQL, and Entra ID.
Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of application security, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Solid team management, client communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development, or AI integration will be an advantage.
