La Bake Amore is one of Asia's leading specialised baking education institutes, focused on professional baking and pâtisserie education. We train aspiring bakers and pastry chefs through hands-on, industry-focused programmes.

We are looking for a Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical skills with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and creating.

Position Details

n

Location: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi

n

Salary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, based on experience and performance

n

Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person

n

Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off

n

Selection: In-person interview + practical trial

n

The Role

n

n
Conduct hands-on practical and theory classes
n
Demonstrate and teach skilled baking & pâtisserie techniques
n
Mentor students and provide constructive feedback
n
Develop and standardise recipes, products and techniques
n
Improve curriculum,



modules and training standards
n
Maintain high standards of taste, texture, presentation and execution
n
Support kitchen operations, hygiene and food-safety standards
n

Strong skilled baking & pâtisserie skills
n
Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge

Creative, precise and detail-oriented approach
n
Excellent communication and demonstration skills
n
Skilled kitchen discipline and ownership
n
Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Bakery/Pâtisserie
n
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor preferred
