Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, Zirakpur, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a solid focus on e-commerce growth, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for e-commerce.
n
Plan, launch, monitor, and scale performance marketing campaigns.
n
Drive conversions, revenue, and improve ROAS.
n
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and audience segmentation campaigns.
n
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies.
n
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.
n
Test and optimize different creatives, audiences, ad copies,



and campaign strategies.
n
Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
n
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
n
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
n
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with management.
n
Stay updated with Meta Ads features, trends, policies, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

n

n
3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
n
Strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
n
Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion tracking.
n
Proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and managing ad budgets.
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Positive understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
n
Ability to work with data and make performance-based decisions.
