Warehouse Trainee — Role & Responsibilities
A Warehouse Trainee supports daily warehouse operations while learning proper procedures for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods.
Check quantities, labels, and product condition.
Store materials in the correct locations.
Pick and pack orders accurately.
Assist with loading and unloading goods.
Update stock records and inventory systems.
Conduct stock counting and report discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Assist supervisors and experienced warehouse staff.
Handle basic warehouse equipment safely after training.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
Loading and Unloading the inward and outward.
