IT Skills Trainer –

We are looking for an IT Skills Trainer who can train students/trainees in basic computer and up-to-date digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Train students in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from basic to practical usage.
Teach MS Excel formulas, formatting, data handling, tables, and basic data analysis.
Provide practical training on creating qualified documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Introduce trainees to AI tools used in the present-day workplace.
Explain the practical usage of AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, presentations, data analysis, and other day-to-day tasks.
Guide students on how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly.
Conduct practical exercises and assessments to ensure trainees understand the concepts.




Keep the training updated with current and relevant digital/AI tools.

Candidate Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/AI applications.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and practical language.
Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
