Candidates must currently reside in Tamil Nadu.

Chennai candidates will be preferred.

Hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, control panel wiring, commissioning, and industrial automation service is required.

Candidates should be willing to travel to customer sites for service, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Automation Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in PLC programming, electrical wiring, industrial automation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

n

The candidate will be responsible for handling PLC-based automation systems, control panels, machine commissioning, and customer-site service activities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop, modify, test,



and troubleshoot PLC programs.
n
Perform PLC programming, debugging, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
n
Carry out control panel wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
n
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, relays, contactors, and other automation components.
n
Install and commission industrial automation systems at customer sites.
n
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
n
Diagnose automation and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
n
Provide in office technical support and breakdown service.
n
Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams.
n
Travel to customer locations as required for service and commissioning.
n
