We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessEvents qualified to lead an offshore engineering pod responsible for analyzing, refactoring, testing, deploying, and stabilizing TIBCO BusinessEvents applications as part of a BE 5.5 to 6.4 upgrade/migration program.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead TIBCO BusinessEvents application upgrade and migration activities.
Analyze and refactor existing BusinessEvents applications and resolve upgrade-related issues.
Review and remediate scanner findings related to deprecated APIs, legacy syntax, changed classes, channel types, and custom Java extensions.
Plan and coordinate work across DEV, QA, PTEST and PROD environments.
Manage testing, deployment, defect resolution and production stabilization.
Support production cutovers, parallel-run validation, discrepancy analysis, hypercare and sign-off activities.
Troubleshoot production, performance and integration issues.
Perform code reviews and ensure engineering quality and documentation standards.
Work closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.
Contribute to Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Databricks, Data Automation and AI initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x / 6.x
Experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents migration/upgrade
BE 5.5 to 6.4 upgrade experience preferred
