Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented female candidates who are interested in sales and field-based roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and driving life insurance business directly from the market, with a focus on ULIP and other life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Source current customers and generate business through direct market activities.
Promote and sell Life Insurance products, primarily ULIP plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field activities.
Plan and execute strategies for procuring new policies and expanding the customer base.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).




Female candidates preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, and fieldwork.
Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Life Insurance Sales.
Experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Financial Services sales.
Exposure to customer acquisition and business development.
Exposure to team handling or people management will be preferred.
