Customer Relationship Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Identify and generate current business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and online platforms. Research potential customers and businesses that may require the company's services. Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
Customer Calling & Follow-ups Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and explain relevant company services. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and existing prospects. Convert enquiries and leads into qualified business opportunities.
Business Development Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets. Develop current customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. Pitch the company's services professionally and handle initial negotiations. Coordinate with the sales/operations team to move prospects through the sales process.
Lead Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



meetings, and conversions. Update CRM/lead sheets regularly. Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager. Track the status of every lead from first contact to conversion.
Coordination Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, onboarding, and client requirements. Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the concerned team. Attend meetings with prospective clients whenever required.
