About the role:

Paywint is looking for a highly analytical and communication-focused

US Sales & Client Support Executive who can strategically handle US customers through voice and chat. This is not a robotic call-center job

. We are looking for someone who can think logically, understand customer intent, build trust, and convert conversations into business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Handle US customer interactions via voice and chat
Understand customer requirements and identify business prospects
Apply logical thinking to provide tailored solutions
Develop and execute inside sales strategies
Handle objections and convert leads into successful sales
Maintain structured follow-ups and pipeline tracking
Provide consultative support rather than scripted responses
Collaborate internally to improve customer experience

Requirements:
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Experience handling US customers (voice process preferred)
Robust logical reasoning and structured thinking
Ability to analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Strategic mindset in sales (not just pushing products)
Comfort working in US night shift
Self-driven and accountable skilled
