A Degree/Diploma in Marine or a related field, Experience in Safety, Voyage management, Stakeholder Communication, Documentation & Compliance.
At least 3 years of experience in a bulk ship operator role.
Solid communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vessel owners, and internal stakeholders.
Solid numerical and analytical skills to assess performance, identify variances, and make data driven decisions.
