Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management and customer service.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Positive command of Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Target-oriented and positive approach.
Candidates based in Ahmedabad will be preferred.
