Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Project Management Tools.
Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and manpower allocation.
Financial & Cost Control:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, approve change orders, and handle financial forecasting.
Optimize resource use to maximize profitability.
Technical Oversight & Execution:
Review mechanical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C;) activities for systems like chillers, VRF/VRV units, and air handlers.
Team Leadership & Safety:
Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Enforce job-site safety rules and OSHA/local regulatory compliance.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:




Maintain transparent communication with owners, general contractors, and architects.
Resolve site conflicts and address client concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC Project Delivery.
Skills:
Solid working knowledge of HVAC design, chilled water systems,
Proficiency in scheduling software and cost-tracking tools.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP (Project Management Qualified) or CAPM.
