Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with leads and understand their requirements. Collect and validate share/investment-related information. Qualify leads based on defined criteria. Maintain accurate lead and customer records. Assign qualified leads to the Business Development Team. Coordinate with BD for any additional information required. Skills & Requirements0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling or Lead Qualification. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Any Regional language proficiency is a plus for example Punjabi. Strong listening, questioning and customer-handling skills. Valuable attention to detail and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
