We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on experience in ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro).
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
Hands-on experience with ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Experience with SAM/SAM Pro, software models, entitlements, license compliance, and reconciliation.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow technical issues and support enhancements.
Work with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/SAM certification is preferred.
