Job Summary:

Supervise production of PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop floor panel assembly activities.
Lead technicians and electricians to meet production schedules.
Ensure execution as per drawings, BOM, and QA/QC standards.
Plan manpower and monitor production output.
Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Engineering, and QA/QC teams.
Handle GRN/MRN, material tracking, and stock reconciliation.
Control material usage, reduce wastage, and ensure availability.
Maintain production MIS and reports in Excel.
Resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure safety compliance on shop floor.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
experience in PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels (Oil & Gas preferred).
Solid knowledge of panel assembly and shop floor control.
Proficient in Excel, GRN/MRN, and material coordination.
