Role Overview :

Clicksoft Solutions is looking for motivated freshers to join our team as U.S. Accounts Executives .

The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to QuickBooks, U.S. accounting processes, payroll, invoicing, timesheets, financial records, and Excel-based reporting .

Key Responsibilities :
Learn and work on QuickBooks and U.S. Accounting processes
Assist with payroll management and payroll processing
Maintain payroll and financial records
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Assist with invoicing and timesheet management
Maintain financial documentation and records
Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities




Assist the accounting team with assigned tasks and reporting

Eligibility & Qualifications :
Freshers Only
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, BBA, or a related field
MBA/PGDM Finance preferred
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of MS Excel preferred
Good English communication skills
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn
Valuable analytical and organizational skills
Willingness to work the U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
