Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment as per SOP.
Handle pumps, valves, pipelines and process equipment.
Monitor temperature, pressure, flow and other process parameters.
Carry out charging, material transfer and process operations.
Maintain production and batch/process records.
Follow safety, PPE and chemical handling procedures.
Identify abnormalities and report equipment/process issues.
Coordinate with Shift In-charge and Production team.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the plant area.
Follow EHS and plant safety guidelines.
