Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Operator with robust hands-on experience in VMC programming, Fanuc controllers and Delcam/PowerMill. The candidate should be capable of independently handling CNC programming, machine setup and operation.

Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize VMC programs using Fanuc controllers and Delcam/PowerMill.
Set up and operate VMC machines and perform tool/work offsets.
Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D models.
Develop effective tool paths and optimize machining processes.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
Coordinate with the production/tool-room team to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain proper records of CNC programs, tools and machining processes.





Required Skills
VMC Programming & Operation Mandatory
Fanuc Controller – Mandatory
Delcam/PowerMill – Mandatory/Preferred
Good knowledge of CNC machining, tool paths and cutting parameters.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of NX/UG/SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of relevant VMC programming and operating experience.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who can independently handle Programming + Setting + VMC Operation and have practical experience with Fanuc and Delcam/PowerMill are preferred.
