Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VP – Client Servicing to lead client relationships, manage key accounts, and oversee end-to-end event execution. The candidate will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, business growth, team leadership, and successful delivery of events while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key client relationships and strategic accounts.
Develop client servicing strategies to drive business growth and retention.
Oversee end-to-end event planning, execution, and delivery.
Understand client requirements and develop creative event solutions.
Manage budgets, profitability, timelines, and project deliverables.
Lead, mentor, and develop the client servicing team.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Handle client negotiations, presentations, and business reviews.
Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue from existing accounts.




Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualification
