About the Role

We are seeking talented accounting specialists with hands-on experience in

US Accounting who are eager to build a long-term, rewarding career in the US accounting domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, high attention to detail, and a willingness to work with US clients and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Pass month-end and year-end journal entries
Support financial review and management reporting
Handle payroll compliance (Forms 940/941) and assist in sales tax filings
Coordinate with clients for routine queries and ensure timely deliverables
Monitor workflow for assigned clients and maintain quality standards
Support onboarding of new clients and assist junior team members




Identify and escalate accounting issues and discrepancies
Participate in trainings and upskill on accounting tools

Candidate Requirements
CPA

,

Chartered Accountant

, or

Semi-Qualified CA with a minimum of

3 years of articleship

.
Robust understanding of core accounting principles, including finalisation of accounts

, reconciliations, and compliance.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the US Accounting and Taxation framework.
Excellent analytical ability and robust verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in

MS Excel
