Asst. Manager / Team Leader / Senior Analyst – Banking Operations
We are looking for a banking operations qualified with robust experience in US Banking, ACH, and Bank Reconciliation .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day US banking operations and ACH transactions .
Perform US bank/system reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Handle corporate accounts, ICL, Fedwire and BAI files.
Coordinate with banks and technology teams to resolve payment/integration issues.
Prepare reports and support process improvements.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in US Banking / Payments / Fintech .
ACH experience is mandatory.
US Banking Reconciliation experience is mandatory.
Robust Excel skills and excellent communication skills .
Knowledge of US payment rails and banking operations.
