Advise on carve-outs, separations, TSA planning, and Day 1 readiness.
Drive transformation programs, governance models, and program recovery initiatives.
Identify IT cost optimization opportunities and support vendor negotiations.
Partner with finance, legal, operations, and investment teams on strategic initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and investors.

The Successful

Applicant - 6+ years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
Experience in technology-enabled M&A;,



digital transformation, or systems delivery.
Strong expertise in areas such as ERP, cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, or technology strategy.
Proven ability to manage complex programs and executive stakeholders.
Experience working with private equity clients or PE-backed businesses is desirable.
