Role & responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and production issues.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration and ITSM Incident, Change, Problem & Knowledge.
Configure and troubleshoot Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes & Flow Designer.
Experience with Service Catalog, Update Sets, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Reports & Dashboards.
Troubleshoot REST APIs, Integration Hub, Email Notifications and SSO.
Perform RCA, deployments, migrations, and production troubleshooting across instances.
Valuable knowledge of ServiceNow scripting/GlideRecord and robust communication skills.
CSA certification preferred.
