Key Responsibilities
Plan and track inbound and outbound deliveries, routes and transporter schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock movement, inventory checks and inter-warehouse transfers.
Manage transporters, C&F; agents and 3PL vendors; negotiate freight and monitor delivery performance.
Keep invoices, e-way bills, challans and GRNs accurate and GST-compliant.
Resolve delays, damages, shortages and mismatches with sales, warehouse and vendors.
Monitor logistics costs against budget and escalate overspends.
Maintain MIS reports on delivery time, vehicle usage and vendor performance.
Coordinate with dealers and distributors so deliveries match demand.
Ensure safety and compliance at warehouses and in transport; travel between sites as needed.
