Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management & Counselling
Respond promptly to all assigned enquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads) and maintain first-contact within the defined response time.
Understand each students academic background, interests and career goals, and counsel them on the most suitable programme.
Provide accurate information on courses, curriculum, fees, accreditations, placements and the campus model.
Admissions Conversion
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by guiding students and parents through the decision and application process.
Conduct counselling sessions and campus visits, and follow up consistently until admission closure.
Achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets set by the Team Leader.
Follow-up & Pipeline Management
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule for every active lead; nurture undecided prospects with timely, value-adding touchpoints.




Keep the sales pipeline updated and prioritise leads by readiness and fit.
Parent & Student Engagement
Build trust with parents by addressing concerns around career outcomes, fees, and the value of the programme.
Represent the campus professionally at counselling sessions, campus tours, education fairs, and school outreach events.
CRM, Data & Reporting
Accurately record every interaction, lead status and outcome in the CRM system.
Submit daily and weekly activity and conversion reports to the Team Leader.
Coordination & Quality
Coordinate with the marketing, academic and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Ensure only accurate, ethical information is shared; safeguard the campus’s reputation and the quality of admissions (students who join and stay).
