About the Role

We are hiring US/Canada IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for North American clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze US/Canada IT job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess profiles against requirements.
Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
Maintain regular candidate and client follow-ups.
Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Manage multiple positions while meeting submission and hiring targets.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Stay updated on North American IT hiring trends and technologies.




Work with Account Managers and recruitment teams to meet client requirements.

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in US or Canada IT recruitment/staffing.
Robust understanding of North American recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid screening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Must be within commutable distance of Gurugram, Haryana.
