We are looking for an experienced Product Business Manager (PBM) to independently manage and grow an assigned packaging product category across domestic and export markets.
The role will be responsible for business development, product positioning, pricing, profitability, market expansion, sales support, product development, and achieving revenue targets.
Product Categories The position may be responsible for one or more of the following:
Spout Pouches
Labels Shrink Sleeve, BOPP & Wrap Around
Printed Woven Bags
Short Run Packaging
Lidding Films
Other adaptable packaging solutions
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and execute annual business plans for the assigned product.
Identify recent markets, industries, applications, and customers.
Drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
Develop domestic and export business opportunities.
Product Management
Market & Competitor Research
Customer Development
Sales Team Support
Product Marketing & Promotion
Product Development
Work closely with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Purchase teams to:
CRM & Pipeline Management
MIS & Performance Reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue and sales target achievement
New customers acquired
Recent industries and applications developed
Market penetration and growth
Gross & contribution margin
New products/applications launched
Sales team trainings and customer visits
Leads, samples, trials, and commercial conversions
Cross-selling revenue
Average selling price improvement
