Executive - Talent Acquisition Operations (Documentation & Offer Management) (Off Role)

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end pre-onboarding process, including candidate documentation, offer generation, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and stakeholder coordination. The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of offer management activities while maintaining data accuracy, process compliance, and an excellent candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities

Candidate Documentation Management:
Collect and verify candidate documents after selection.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of mandatory documents as per company guidelines.
Follow up with candidates for pending documents and maintain documentation trackers.
Validate candidate information before initiating offer approvals.

Offer Management:
Coordinate with HR, Hiring Managers, TA Team, and Compensation teams for offer rollouts.
Prepare and release offer letters within defined TATs.
Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained before offer release.
Manage offer revisions, corrections, and compensation-related changes.
Track offer acceptance and maintain records.

Process Compliance & Governance:




Adhere to company hiring policies and approval matrices.
Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and documents.
Monitor adherence to offer release timelines and SLA commitments.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience
1-2years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or Offer Management.
Experience in handling high-volume hiring environments preferred.
