Role & responsibilities
Work on the OS&D; process, including tracking and resolving issues related to over, short, and damaged goods.
Monitor video feeds of freight/shipments to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
Investigate and update core systems for each transaction related to any category of OS&D; goods.
Coordinate with different terminals in freight logistics terminals to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of cases, shipments, and logistics activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile





We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel & Logistics Executive who can work on our OS&D; (Over, Short & Damaged Goods) process. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of logistics. An advantage will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring video investigation of freight/shipments and investigating and updating core systems for transactions related to OS&D; goods.
