Arshion Holdings is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting schools, generating leads, explaining our Science & Mathematics educational activity kits and programs, and supporting the sales team through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to schools, principals, management and teachers.
Generate current leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
Explain the company's educational activity kits and school programs.
Understand customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
Follow up with interested schools and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings, product demos and appointments for the BDA team.
Share qualified leads with the BDA team for further follow-up and conversion.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.




Achieve assigned daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
Hindi is an added advantage.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
