Role & responsibilities
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment estimates and hospital charges.
Explain packages, billing details, payment procedures, and financial requirements.
Coordinate with Billing, Insurance/TPA, Admission, and other departments.
Assist patients with insurance/TPA-related financial queries.
Follow up on pending payments and documentation.
Maintain proper records of counselling and financial discussions.
Ensure transparent and skilled communication with patients and attendants.
Support the team in achieving departmental collection and revenue objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in hospital billing, financial counselling, insurance/TPA, or a similar healthcare role preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital billing processes.
Ability to handle patients and attendants professionally.
Candidates with hospital/healthcare experience will be preferred.
