Stipend - 8000 per month

What you’ll be doing:
Check visa appointment availability across different countries and visa centres.
Assist with filling and submitting visa application forms accurately.
Support the team with visa documentation and application-related tasks.
Coordinate with customers when additional information or clarification is required.
Occasionally speak with customers over calls for e-visa applications and guide them through the process.
Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups.
What we’re looking for:
Valuable communication and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with documents, forms and online portals.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn about visa processes and travel documentation.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
