About the Role:

We are looking for a Website Designer who can create contemporary, interactive and visually engaging websites. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Figma, website UI/UX, interactive prototypes and web motion, along with the ability to understand client requirements and present creative solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design modern, responsive and interactive websites using Figma.
Create complete website designs from wireframes → UI → interactive prototypes → final design.
Use Figma interactions, animations and prototypes to demonstrate website behaviour and user experience.
Add engaging motion, transitions and micro-interactions using Figma or other suitable tools.
Understand the client's business, audience, goals and requirements and translate them into effective website experiences.
Work directly with clients, present designs, explain design decisions and manage feedback.
Create and maintain design systems, components and reusable UI elements.
Stay updated with current website design trends, interactions and digital experiences.
Collaborate with developers and other designers to ensure the final website matches the intended design.

What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in website design / UI/UX design.




Strong proficiency in Figma.
Experience designing interactive websites and prototypes.
Good understanding of UI/UX, typography, layout, responsive design and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of Figma Motion / animations / micro-interactions or similar motion tools.
Experience with Framer is a strong plus.
Knowledge of other no-code/web tools such as Webflow is an advantage.
Robust client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand requirements and propose creative solutions, rather than only executing instructions.
Good understanding of web design trends and modern digital experiences.
