We are looking for a Manager – Community Success to take ownership of member experience, community engagement, cross-functional coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, Facility Management, and the COO's office to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate member records and databases in Zoho CRM and track leads, renewals, and member-related activities.
Ensure a positive and consistent member experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Plan and coordinate community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
Collect member feedback and identify opportunities for improving services and member experience.
Handle and document member complaints, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on open issues until closure and maintain robust member satisfaction.
Work closely with the COO on strategic and operational initiatives.




Coordinate meetings, calendars, follow-ups, internal communications, and prepare reports/MOMs.
Track action items across teams and ensure timely completion.
Support special projects, process improvements, and business coordination as assigned by the COO.

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Experience in community management, coworking, hospitality, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
Positive working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Solid ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
